I predicted that slow things had more energy.  When we stacked the cups up, we found the ball and all the cups fell down, but we decided it must be for another reason because we discovered that fast things have more energy.

 

Sewing helps our students grow in a number of the Next Generation Science Standards. Here is one example. 3-5-ETS1-2. “Generate and compare multiple possible solutions to a problem based on how well each is likely to meet the criteria and constraints of the problem.” Thank you, Mrs. Shedd, for providing this amazing STEM opportunity.
